"The last supper" is a pivotal moment in history, and is the story of the last meal Lord Jesus shared with his Twelve Apostles in Jerusalem. After this episode, he was crucified. Lord Jesus says that one of the Apostles will betray him and all twelve of them have different reactions to his announcement- a facet that comes out clearly in this mural painting. Judas ultimately is the one to betray him and his betrayal has a lesson worth remembering each time we look at this painting.
